Thank you for shopping with Burchda. Below is our detailed shipping policy for Canadian orders to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process.

Shipping Countries

Canada: We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories across Canada. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Remote Area Shipping Information
Due to the vast geography of Canada, some addresses are located in remote areas where an additional shipping fee of CAD 150 applies.
How it works: You may place your order first. After we receive it, we'll check if your address is in a remote area. If it is, we'll reach out to confirm the CAD 150 remote surcharge with you before we ship your order.

Remote area surcharges are calculated at checkout based on your postal code. Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow extra time for updates as local couriers may experience slight delays. Track your package through the carrier's website.
  • If you do not receive tracking information, email support@burchdabikes.com for assistance.
  • Bikes are carefully packaged for transport. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Burchda is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any loss or theft after signing the receipt. Inspect your product for damage within 48 hours of receipt. Freight damage claims are time-sensitive. Contact support@burchdabikes.com promptly for solutions and compensation.
